Picnic Park is a 26 acre private park along the Brandywine River with over a 150 varieties of plants and trees surrounded by outstanding wetland nature trails and the home of many nature animals and birds.

Company Parties, Family Outings, Special Occasions (see special below)

  • Eight (8) hour use of our 26 acre park
  • Accommodations for up to 160 people
  • Patio Dining area by the river (seats 30+)
  • Attached cooking area with grills
  • Playground, Volley Ball, Horseshoes
  • Bike Touring, 1 mile Nature Trail
  • Excellent fishing, (PA fishing license required for ages 16 and up)
  • Use of Pig Roaster (charcoal not included)
  • use of 20' x 40' high-top tent

    Picnic Park Rates

     50% deposit required at time of booking.
    $300 clean-up deposit required (refundable).
      $50 trash fee for all parties, unless you take all garbage with you.

    $260 - under 30 people, reservations must be made no more than 30 days in advance (special only)

     Picnic Park Special -- take an exciting 2.5 hour group river tour down the Brandywine before or during your stay for an additional $30 per canoe or kayak/discounted. Reservation required.
